Our executive chef (and my wonderful husband) is Jason St.Onge. Jason creates exceptionally flavorful food and has a natural gift in the culinary realm. It is this ability that makes his food preparation flawless. The desire to pursue a culinary career began as a small child. His curiosity was encouraged by his mother, Suzanne, and he continued to be inspired throughout his college career at Johnson and Wales University in Providence RI. Jason is living the dream he envisioned for himself and continues to challenge himself through the study of new cooking techniques and by creating new and innovative recipes for our friends (new and old) to enjoy.
