Antipasto Market Table

A bountiful display of Italian Classics consisting of Tuscan white bean spread, Kalamata olive tapenade, Roasted asparagus, Roasted whole garlic, Greene olive Concasee, Tomato & Basil Bruschetta, Marinated Artichoke, Fire roasted Grape tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella, Italian Breads and Toasted Garlic Crustini


An array of Seasonal vegetables consisting of carrots, Tri colored bell peppers, tomatoes, celey, broccoli, cauliflower and cucumber served with ranch dip.

Active Appetizer Station

Quesadilla Bar: Chef prepared flour tortillas filled with cheddarjack cheese, green chilis and seasoned chicken. Accompanied by fresh guacamole, sour cream, sliced jalapenos and fire roasted tomato salsa

Raw Bar: Fresh chilled seafood consisting of Oysters on the half shell, Crab Claws, Jumbo shrimp Cocktail, White

Fish Ceviche Lobster cocktail and little neck clams.

Pierogi Station: Potato & Cheese Pierogi sautéed with caramelized onion and served with sour cream.

Summer Field Greens

An Array of fresh baby salad greens with shaved carrots English cucumber, and sweet sliced strawberries lightly topped with raspberry vinaigrette
